Our plan is to divide the world into three parts for easier management:
Part 1: China administers East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Eastern Russia, and Australia.
Part 2: Europe administers Europe, Western Russia, Africa, and West Asia.
Part 3: America administers North America, South America, and Greenland.
The points of contention are as follows:
The Russian Far East: Handing over the Russian Far East to China may encounter resistance. To address this, China could assist Russia in gaining territory elsewhere in exchange for the Far Eastern region.
Australia: As part of Western culture, Australia may be reluctant to integrate into Part 1. It could be considered for inclusion under the United States. However, given that Asia is also undergoing Westernization, this issue may be relatively insignificant.
Russia: Assigning Russia to European administration may face opposition from Russia itself. As an alternative, a joint parliamentary system could be established, with equal representation from Europe and Russia.
