And he has filled him with the Spirit of God, with skill, with intelligence, with knowledge, and with all craftsmanship.
God grants technological skills to Christians. That is why Western scientists and engineers are so talented and have made glorious achievements in human history.
It is a great loss for those who choose not to believe in Christ.
When you are baptized, the Spirit descends upon your body and bestows upon you all God-given talents—including singing, craftsmanship, technology, dance, sports, speech, and more.
Exodus 31:3-5 ESV
And I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with ability and intelligence, with knowledge and all craftsmanship, to devise artistic designs, to work in gold, silver, and bronze, in cutting stones for setting, and in carving wood, to work in every craft.
Don’t non-Christians have any talent? It’s not that they lack talent entirely, but their abilities cannot match those of Christians. They rely only on their flesh and blood, not on divine power.
